Return & Refund Policy

If you're looking to return your order, we're here to help! All orders can be returned for a refund of the purchase price, not including shipping unless we make a glaring error on our end, must be within 30 days of the initial purchase.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Warranty Policy

All products purchased through thevideogamecompany.com, are covered by our 60-day free warranty program. If you receive a DOA item or your item stops working within 60 days of your initial purchase, initiate a return, and you will receive a full refund.

Initiating a Return, Refund or Warranty Claim

To initiate a return or warranty claim, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact us by email support@thevideogamecompany.com or use our chat center in the bottom right of your screen. Please send us your full name and order number. We will respond to your request within 48 hours.
  2. Once we have confirmed and approved your return or warranty request, we will send you a free pre-paid return shipping label. Note: If you are from outside of Canada you will have to provide you own shipping method when returning items.
  3. Finally, send all items back to us using the label we provide or your own shipping method
